Delete your AstroSutra account

You can permanently delete your AstroSutra account and all associated data at any time. There are two paths.

If you have an account (recommended)

1. Sign in to AstroSutra on the web or in the mobile app.
2. Go to Profile → Privacy Center.
3. Scroll to Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your subscription, birth chart, chat history, and all profile data are removed from our active systems.

If you can’t sign in

Email privacy@astrosutra.app from the address on your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication credentials
• Birth details, charts, and saved profiles
• Chat history and AI interaction logs
• AstroMatch matches and candidates
• Subscription records (the subscription itself must be cancelled separately via Google Play, the App Store, or the web billing portal — see your subscription settings)

Deletion is performed in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure) and India’s DPDP Act 2023. Some records may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days; backup-only data is inaccessible to live systems and is overwritten on the normal backup-rotation schedule.
